Currently, the use of hydraulic fracturing and horizontal drilling has caused an enormous surge in the production of domestic natural gas, revolutionizing the gas industry. The new production from shale resources has increased the demand for trucking and equipment in these areas.

As advancements with horizontal drilling and fracturing equipment continue to convert crude oil-based fuels to natural gas, the demand increases for onsite storage of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) to fuel the equipment.  The LNG heavy duty truck market and the LNG refueling infrastructure continue to develop, so the demand for LNG is also expected to continue to rise.
