Tim Mehan

Joining Transgas in 2005, Tim provides over 34 years of logistics, transportation, operations, and driver safety management experience. Tim has overall responsibility for the operations, maintenance, safety, and planning of the organization. As such, he oversees all daily operations, including dispatch, safety and fleet operations. Tim develops and maintains operational standards, manages all policies and procedures, labor-related issues and ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations.

A graduate of the University of Lowell, Tim has lived in Lowell for most of his adult life. He’s married and has two boys. Aside from being involved in numerous charities, he enjoys coaching basketball and soccer teams as well as golfing, surfing and kayaking.


Dorothy Babineau

Dorothy joined Transgas in 2017 and applies over 29 years of financial experience to oversee Administrative, Sales and financial matters for the company relating to payroll, human resources, budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and corporate compliance. She prepares cost estimates, proposals, negotiates transportation agreements for LNG Transportation, Portable Pipeline projects, Equipment Leasing and Industrial/Commercial LNG projects.

Dorothy is a graduate of Western New England University in Springfield, MA.  She spends her personal time with family and friends, is an avid reader and enjoys traveling, kayaking and family game nights.

Getting LNG in and out and to the right places at the right time is Ron’s responsibility. Joining Transgas in 2007, he applies over 27 years of experience in logistics, transportation, and driver safety management to accomplish the task. He has daily responsibility for a team of Dispatchers and dozens of drivers. He works directly with the Safety Director to track and maintain safety and compliance files, driver recruitment, and training.

Ron attended the University of Lowell. Outside of Transgas, he prefers two wheels to multi-wheels and is an avid biker. When he can get away, he enjoys mountaineering.

Tom joined Transgas in 2014 and brings 41 years of logistics, transportation, operations, and driver safety training experience. Tom is a safety professional and certified as a tractor trailer driver trainer. He is responsible for the development and implementation of safety policies and programs. He ensures compliance with all applicable safety regulations and oversees driver recruitment and training. Tom promotes a safe work environment for all employees based on company policies and procedures.

A graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, Tom resides in Andover, MA. He is married and has two daughters. Tom enjoys spending time with his family and walks and cycles for fitness.

Michael McGovern
Director, Fleet & Pipeline Operations

Mike joined Transgas in 2015 and brings 27 years of distribution and inventory management experience as well as 18 years of operations management expertise. Mike is I-CAR certified in auto body collision.  He is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all vehicles in the fleet along with the terminal property and building. Mike assist in classroom instruction for new hires and current employee on the properties and safe handling of LNG. He also oversees Portable Pipeline projects.

Mike attended the University of New Hampshire and is a graduate of Manchester Community College. He enjoys auto repair and collision, camping and hiking.
